Essentially, what are we doing here ?
Hello! My name is Meredith, and I like books. Most of the time. I’ve spent the last few years reading books I didn’t choose and writing essays about topics I didn’t see the point of. However, as sods law would indicate, in the final term of my final year of university I finally found something I actually wanted to devour and subsequently write about. It was a combination of music, alternative narratives, and literature that was written less that 200 years ago. Incredible.

Like most people at the moment, I don’t know what to do with myself, and I have been stuck twiddling my thumbs for a fair while. It is amazing what boredom will do for a person. But yes, after much nagging from my friends and family (who I’m sure just wanted me to direct my conversation elsewhere rather than chatting their ears off) I have decided to put my jumbled thoughts into print. Furthermore, if you require your thoughts being put into print, I am more than happy to assist your literary endevours!

Regarding this online collection of things, I cannot promise continuity or entertainment, but if there are people out there who can enjoy Chaucer I’m quietly confident someone will find my rambling amusing.
